Reporting a problem with a result

If the tool read an image badly, tell us what kind of image it was (for example: phone photo of a bill, screenshot, handwritten note, Hindi document), what went wrong, and which browser and device you used.

Because your images never leave your device, we cannot see them. Only attach an image to your email if you are comfortable sharing it. Please never send ID cards, bank documents or anything with personal details. A similar image with fake details helps us just as much.

Privacy

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you, and we delete support emails once they are no longer needed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
